Cliff Lee is signing with Philadelphia

Reports are saying that Cliff Lee is signing with Philadelphia, where he pitched in 2009, exiting via a trade to Seattle right as Roy Halliday was coming over.  Now the two of them will be in the same rotation, along with Roy Oswalt and Cole Hamels.  Assuming that foursome stays intact with neither Oswalt or Hamels being used as trade bait for another bat, that could be the best starting rotation ever if all four pitchers perform to their standards.  All four are All-Star and Cy Young level pitchers.  That's an impressive collection of arms for the Phillies, and has to make them the favorites again in the N.L. East.
