Cleveland wins the first pick in the NBA Draft

The ping pong balls were kind to the Cavs. Now they can draft LeBron James and turn the franchise around. Oh wait, that was 2003, the last time they won the lottery.

This season they can take Kyrie Irving, since Harrison Barnes decided to remain in the services of the UNC Tarheels next season rather than playing for the Cleveland NotLeBrons.

Cleveland also has the #4 pick. So they should be able to accumulate some quality players in a hurry. What do they need? Other than LeBron James? Everything. They do have JJ Hickson who's starting to turn into a good player. They also have Antawn Jamison and Baron Davis, so they have a few things to work with. Kyrie Irving and a small forward perhaps?

The Pistons will draft 8th, one spot below what the probability based on their record dictated.
